over the two week lots of concrete blocks  were laid down , lots of spoil was removed from the canal bed and Mount Staveley was formed , lots of meters of concrete was pumped and laid , lots of food and drink was consumed , and lots of fun was had by all  ,

After two weeks Tina went back to the boat while I went onto the Pocklington and Driffield canal to so another week with the wrg , I was leading this week (my first time)  , the work at Pocklington was to level and widen the towpath and at Driffield  it was to make a wildness walk along the canal which sound easy but they had to cut their way through thick under growth ,
when I get some photos of the finished job I will post them  but that is what they had to cut through

this is pocklington canal tow path before work started
